1768 - Rules and regulations.
§ 1768. Rules and regulations. The county commissioners of the counties shall, before any inmate may be admitted to the joint detention facilities, after consulting with the advisory board, make general rules and regulations for the management of the joint detention facilities, which rules and regulations shall be effective after they are approved by the department.
