2311 - Bonds.
SUBCHAPTER B SPECIFIC STANDARDS Sec. 2311. Bonds. § 2311. Bonds. It is a breach of ethical standards and unlawful for any employee in issuing an invitation for bids or requests for proposals to require that any bond required by this part be furnished by a particular surety company or through a particular agent or broker. Any employee who violates this section commits a misdemeanor of the first degree.
