Chapter 33 was added May 15, 1998, P.L.358, No.57, effective in 180 days. § 3301. Invitations for bids and requests for proposals. All invitations for bids and requests for proposals for construction projects issued by any government agency shall set forth any provision of Federal and State statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public natural resources that affect the projects.
