1415 - Reporting to General Assembly and Governor.

§ 1415. Reporting to General Assembly and Governor. No later than two years following the effective date of this chapter and every two years thereafter, the commission shall submit a report to the Governor, the Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate reviewing the implementation of the provisions of this chapter. The report shall include, but not be limited to: (1) The degree to which the chapter's requirements have been successfully implemented. (2) The effect upon the cash working capital or cash flow, uncollectible levels and collections of the affected public utilities. (3) The level of access to utility services by residential customers, including low-income customers. (4) The effect upon the level of consumer complaints and mediations filed with and adjudicated by the commission. Public utilities affected by this chapter shall provide data required by the commission to complete this report. In its recommendations, the commission may also propose any legislative or other changes which it deems appropriate to the Governor and the General Assembly.
