§ 2813. Procurement of power. Except as provided under the act of November 30, 2004 (P.L.1672, No.213), known as the Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards Act, the commission may not order a default service provider to procure power from a specific generation supplier, from a specific generation fuel type or from new generation only.
