311 - Witness fees.
§ 311. Witness fees. Witnesses who are summoned before the commission shall be paid the same fees and mileage as are paid to witnesses in the courts of common pleas. Witnesses whose depositions are taken pursuant to the provisions of this part, and the officer taking the same, shall be entitled to the same fees as are paid for like services in such courts. All disbursements made in the payment of such fees shall be included in and paid in the same manner as is provided for the payment of other expenses of the commission.
