§ 3307. Refusal to obey subpoena and testify. If any individual who shall be subpoenaed to attend before the commission, or its representative, shall fail to obey the command of such subpoena, or if any individual in attendance before the commission, or its representative, shall refuse to be sworn or to be examined, or to answer any relevant question, or to produce any relevant data, book, record, paper, or document when ordered so to do by the commission, or its representative, such person shall be guilty of a summary offense.
