3311 - Bribery.
§ 3311. Bribery. Any officer, attorney, agent, or employee of any public utility who offers to any commissioner, or to any person appointed or employed by the commission, any office, place, appointment, or position, or offers to give to any commissioner, or to any person employed in the service of the commission, any free pass or transportation, or any reduction in fares to which the public generally is not entitled, or any free carriage of property, or any present, gift, or gratuity, money, or valuable thing of any kind, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
