3313 - Excessive price on resale.
§ 3313. Excessive price on resale. Any person, corporation or other entity violating the provisions of section 1313 (relating to price upon resale of public utility services) shall be guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $100 multiplied by the number of residential bills exceeding the maximum prescribed in section 1313.
