1511 - Report to Governor and General Assembly. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 1511. Report to Governor and General Assembly. The following shall apply: (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), the department shall submit a public passenger transportation performance report to the Governor and the General Assembly by April 30 of each year, covering the prior fiscal year. (2) The report covering the 2005-2006 fiscal year shall be submitted by July 31, 2007.
