1720 - Treasurer. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 1720. Treasurer. The general manager shall appoint a treasurer to hold office at his pleasure. In addition to the duties imposed on the treasurer by this chapter, the treasurer shall perform such other duties as the general manager shall prescribe. The treasurer shall execute a corporate surety bond and, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall take and subscribe the constitutional oath of office.
