1743 - Power to contract with public utilities.
§ 1743. Power to contract with public utilities. The authority shall have power to enter into agreements with any public utility operating a railroad or any other transportation facility, either within or without the metropolitan area, for the joint use of any property of the authority or public utility or the establishment of through routes, joint fares and transfer of passengers. The authority shall have power to enter into agreements with any public utility, either within or without the metropolitan area, which in the judgment of the authority are necessary and convenient for carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
