1745 - Use of ways occupied by passenger utilities.
§ 1745. Use of ways occupied by passenger utilities. The authority shall not have the right to use any street or public way occupied prior to January 15, 1964, by a public utility engaged in local passenger transportation for a competing purpose without the agreement of the public utility.
