§ 1748. Transfers of facilities or things of value to any authority. Any person may and is hereby authorized to sell, lease, lend, grant, convey, transfer or pay over to any authority, with or without consideration, any project or any part or parts thereof, or any interest in real or personal property or any funds available for building construction or improvement purposes, including the proceeds of bonds previously or hereafter issued for building construction or improvement purposes, or any money or thing of value, including services, which may be used by the authority in the construction, acquisition, improvement, maintenance or operation of any project or for any other of its corporate purposes, any other law to the contrary notwithstanding.
