§ 5103. Aviation Restricted Account. (a) Creation of account.--There is hereby created a special account in the State Treasury which shall be known as the Aviation Restricted Account. (b) Source.--(Repealed). (c) Use of account.--(Repealed). (July 11, 1996, P.L.619, No.105, eff. imd.) 1996 Repeal. Act 105 repealed subsecs. (b) and (c). Cross References.
