6167 - Information to General Assembly.
§ 6167. Information to General Assembly. It is the duty of the Governor to include, in every budget submitted to the General Assembly, full information relating to the issuance of bonds by the Commonwealth for the payment of the interest on the bonds and the principal thereof at maturity.
