§ 6505. Reporting. A law enforcement officer shall report to the Federal Aviation Administration: (1) the name of the individual and the results of the individual's chemical test administered under section 6504(b) (relating to testing); and (2) the name of an individual that refused to submit to a chemical test under this chapter.
