1136 - Duty of lienholder to disclose pertinent information.
§ 1136. Duty of lienholder to disclose pertinent information. A lienholder named in a certificate of title shall, upon written request of the owner or of another lienholder named on the certificate, disclose any pertinent information as to the security agreement and the indebtedness secured by the agreement.
