1307.1 - Permanent fleet registration. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 1307.1. Permanent fleet registration. The department may establish a system for issuing permanent registration cards and plates to the owner or lessee of a fleet of vehicles and may promulgate rules and regulations to implement the permanent registration system. The department may authorize permanently registered vehicles to be exempt from such requirements of this chapter as it deems necessary and may charge, in addition to any other fees due for registration of vehicles, a reasonable service fee for each fleet vehicle at the time of initial application for permanent registration.
