§ 1339. Legislative plate. Upon application by a member or retired member of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth or the Congress of the United States, the department may issue special registration plates indicating that the vehicle is owned by a member or retired member of the Pennsylvania or United States Senate or House of Representatives, as appropriate.
