§ 1955. Information concerning drivers and vehicles. (a) Drivers, registrations, titles and security interests.-- The fee for a copy of written or electronic information relating to a driver, registration, title or security interest shall be $5. (b) Other data and information.--The department may charge to any person or governmental or quasi-governmental entity a reasonable fee based on the cost to the department of compiling data and statistical information upon request.
