6152 - Form, publication and distribution of documents. - Pennsylvania Statutes

§ 6152. Form, publication and distribution of documents. All agreements, arrangements and declarations, and amendments thereto, shall be in writing and shall be published in compliance with Part II of Title 45 (relating to publication and effectiveness of Commonwealth documents).
