7115 - Application for certificate of title of a stolen vehicle.
§ 7115. Application for certificate of title of a stolen vehicle. Upon receipt of an application for a certificate of title of a stolen vehicle, the department shall notify the State Police and the rightful owner and shall withhold the issuing of the certificate of title until the proper investigation is made.
