CHAPTER 72 ALTERNATIVE FUELS 2004 Repeal Note. Chapter 72 (§§ 7201 - 7205) was added December 16, 1992, P.L.1250, No.166, and repealed November 29, 2004, P.L.1376, No.178, effective immediately. The subject matter is now contained in the act of November 29, 2004 (P.L.1376, No.178), known as the Alternative Fuels Incentive Act. Regulations. Section 8 of Act 178 of 2004 provided that regulations promulgated under Chapter 72 are hereby abrogated to the extent that they are inconsistent with the provisions of Act 178.
