§ 7712.11. Effectiveness of security interests. A security interest perfected in accordance with this subchapter is perfected until the secured party provides written evidence of satisfaction in accordance with section 7712.9 (relating to satisfaction of security interest) or release in accordance with section 7712.10 (relating to release of security interest) and the indorsement of the security interest is removed by the department pursuant to section 7712.9 or 7712.10.
