SECTION 1-4-18

   § 1-4-18  Waiver of review by failure toappeal. – If an appeal is not taken from the order of the director within the fixedperiod, the party against whom the order was entered shall be deemed to havewaived the right to have the reasonableness or lawfulness of the order reviewedby a court and that issue shall not be tried in any court in which suit may beinstituted for the penalty for failure to comply with the order.
