§ 1-7-3 - Definitions.
SECTION 1-7-3
§ 1-7-3 Definitions. – The following words and phrases, for the purposes of this chapter, have thefollowing meanings:
(1) "Corporation" means the Rhode Island Airport Corporationas established in § 1-2-1.1.
(2) "Monitoring program" means the long-term air qualitymonitoring program as established by this chapter.
