SECTION 10-10-10

   § 10-10-10  Validity of assignments made byprisoner. – All assignments, transfers, and conveyances of property made by a debtor duringhis or her imprisonment, for the payment or security of any debt, except thatof the committing creditor, shall be utterly void, unless made for the benefitof all his or her creditors in proportion to their respective demands.
