SECTION 10-10-14

   § 10-10-14  Board payments as costs. –The amount thus paid by the creditor, for the board of the prisoner soimprisoned at his or her suit, shall be added to and form a part of the costsof commitment and detention; and as such costs, shall be paid by the prisonerin the then existing or any future proceedings which may be lawfully institutedagainst him or her for the recovery of the debt and costs of the suit againsthim or her.
