SECTION 10-10-5

   § 10-10-5  Exemption of voters at time ofelections. – No person entitled to vote shall be liable to arrest upon any civil process onthe days of election of city or town officers, of state officers,representatives in congress, or of electors of president and vice-president ofthe United States, or on the day preceding or on the day following the election.
