SECTION 10-11-10

   § 10-11-10  Commitment of principal afterjudgment. – If the principal shall be committed by the bail to a correctional institutionafter the final judgment, or if, being surrendered by his or her bail to thecourt before which the action is pending against bail, he or she shall becommitted by the court to a correctional institution, he or she shall thereremain for the space of thirty (30) days, unless sooner discharged by order oflaw.
