SECTION 10-12-10
§ 10-12-10 Limitation of actions on jailyard bond. – No action shall be maintained for the breach of any bond given for the libertyof the jail yard as provided in § 10-12-2, unless the action is broughtwithin one year after the time the breach was committed.
