SECTION 10-13-23

   § 10-13-23  Certificate as to oath –Certificate of discharge. – The justice administering the oath as provided in § 10-13-7, pursuant tothe provisions of § 10-13-21, shall give a certificate to that effect,under his or her hand and seal, to the defendant. In all cases the justice whocommences the examination under the provisions of this chapter shall alone havethe power to sign and seal the certificate of discharge.
