SECTION 10-16-15

   § 10-16-15  Remedies for enforcement ofjudgments. – Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a party obtaining judgment underthis chapter shall be entitled to the same remedies, processes, costs andbenefits as are given or enure to other judgment creditors including the rightto use trustee process in the same small claims action.
