SECTION 10-16-16

   § 10-16-16  Appropriations for carrying outchapter. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sums as it may deemnecessary for the purpose of meeting the expenses of the district court incarrying out the provisions of this chapter; and the state controller is herebyauthorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurerfor the payment of the necessary sums, or so much thereof as may be from timeto time required, upon receipt by him or her of proper vouchers approved by thechief clerk of the district court.
