SECTION 10-18-17

   § 10-18-17  Duration of proceedings. –(a) Receivership proceedings under this chapter shall continue during thependency of the plan or until all debts of the debtor are sooner paid or theseproceedings are sooner terminated as provided in this chapter.

   (b) Upon termination of these proceedings, the court shalldischarge the receiver and notify the debtor's employer who had been subject toan assignment of wages under this chapter that the debtor is no longer subjectto such assignment. The receiver shall return to the debtor all assignmentsreceived by him or her under this chapter marked "Cancelled."

   (c) If any claim covered by the plan is unpaid in whole or inpart at the termination of the plan, all interest accrued during the pendencyof these proceedings and unpaid shall be added to the principal amount of thedebt, but that interest shall not bear additional interest thereafter.
