§ 10-18-4 - Appointment of receiver and assignment.
SECTION 10-18-4
§ 10-18-4 Appointment of receiver andassignment. – (a) After the debtor has filed a petition for a wage earner receivership plan,the court shall select a receiver who shall be an attorney authorized topractice in Rhode Island.
(b) The debtor shall deliver to the receiver a writtenassignment of all of his or her future wages, salaries, and commissions.
(c) The receiver shall give bond to be approved by the court.
