SECTION 10-18-6

   § 10-18-6  Compensation of receiver. –The receiver shall be compensated in an amount as determined by the superiorcourt at such times as the court shall in its discretion determine. Thereceiver shall also be reimbursed for any costs incurred during thereceivership. The amounts accrued as costs may be charged by the receiver tothe debtor or deducted from distributions to be made by the receiver.Allocations of the amounts to particular distributions shall be within thediscretion of the receiver.
