SECTION 10-20-6

   § 10-20-6  Relief. – The court may grant declaratory relief, temporary and permanent equitablerelief, or may impose such conditions upon a party as are necessary orappropriate to protect the air, water, land, or other natural resources locatedwithin the state from pollution, impairment, or destruction, considering thehealth, safety, and welfare of the public, and the availability of feasible,prudent, and economically viable alternatives.
