SECTION 10-3-16

   § 10-3-16  Judgment on award. – Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying or correcting an award,judgment shall be entered in conformity with the award in the court withinthirty (30) days, unless an appeal is taken as provided in this chapter, inwhich last case the order of the superior court shall pursue the mandate of thesupreme court.
