SECTION 10-3-17

   § 10-3-17  Papers filed for judgment.– Any party to a proceeding for an order confirming, modifying or correcting anaward shall, when the order is entered, file with the clerk, for the entry ofjudgment thereon, the following papers:

   (1) The agreement, the selection or appointment, if any, ofan additional arbitrator or umpire, and each written extension of the time, ifany, within which to make the award.

   (2) The award.

   (3) Each notice, affidavit or other paper used upon anapplication to confirm, modify or correct the award, and a copy of each orderof the court upon such an application.
