§ 10-3-9 - Taking of depositions.
SECTION 10-3-9
§ 10-3-9 Taking of depositions. – Upon petition, approved by the arbitrators or by a majority of them, thesuperior court may direct the taking of depositions to be used as evidencebefore the arbitrators, in the same manner and for the same reasons as providedby law for the taking of depositions in suits or proceedings pending insuperior court.
