SECTION 10-4-12

   § 10-4-12  Appeal to supreme court –Certification of questions. – Any party aggrieved by a decision or order of the superior court upon anyquestion arising in any proceedings under this chapter may appeal to thesupreme court by claiming the appeal in writing filed with the clerk at anytime within thirty (30) days after the entry of the decision or order; and alsothe court may at once certify any question to the supreme court.
