SECTION 10-5-11

   § 10-5-11  Service of writ on defendant.– The officer making the attachment shall serve the defendant, as provided inapplicable procedural rules, with a copy of the writ, having indorsed on thewrit a general reference to the class or kind of goods and chattels soattached, together with a statement of the place in which they were found, andof the date and time of day of the attachment.
