SECTION 10-5-33

   § 10-5-33  Inventory included in return ofwrit. – If the defendant in the writ shall not, within the forty-eight (48) hours asprovided in § 10-5-13, either give a bond as provided in § 10-5-13 ora bond for the value of the goods and chattels attached, in the manner by lawprovided, the officer shall make an inventory of the goods and chattels by himor her attached upon the writ, and return the inventory as a part of his or herdoings in his or her return upon the writ.
