SECTION 10-5-39

   § 10-5-39  Charges for attested copiesrestricted to charge for one person. – The officer to whom a writ of attachment shall be directed, commanding theattachment of different kinds of property, shall be entitled to charge for onlyone attested copy of the writ for any one person with whom the copy is requiredto be left.
