SECTION 10-5-40

   § 10-5-40  Attested copies on demand –Fee. – The officer shall give to any defendant, his or her agent or attorney, or anyother person interested in any action in which a writ of attachment shall havebeen served immediately upon his or her request, an attested copy of the writ,with his or her doings thereon, upon being tendered therefor a fee of twentycents ($.20) for every page of two hundred (200) words of the copy of the writ.
