SECTION 10-5-46

   § 10-5-46  Dissolution of attachment ofreal estate after 20 years. – In addition to the remedies provided by §§ 10-5-44, 10-5-45, and9-25-23 any attachment levied against real estate, heretofore or hereafter ofrecord, shall be dissolved, and no longer be a lien upon the real estatedescribed or referred to in the attachment, after the expiration of a period oftwenty (20) years from the date of the recording of the attachment.
