SECTION 10-7-13

   § 10-7-13  Severability. – If a court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge to be invalid orunconstitutional any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of thischapter, the judgment or decree shall not affect, impair, invalidate or nullifythe remainder of this chapter, but the effect of the court's adjudication shallbe confined to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this chapterso adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional.
