SECTION 10-7-6

   § 10-7-6  Executor or administrator tobring § 10-7-5 action – Amount recovered to estate. – Every action under § 10-7-5 shall be brought by and in the name of theexecutor or administrator of the deceased person, whether appointed orqualified within or without the state, and the amount recovered in every actionunder § 10-7-5 shall go to the decedent's estate and become part of theestate.
